Message from Chairperson J&K PWWA
I am extremely happy to assume the charge of Chairperson Police Wives Welfare Association, Jammu & Kashmir. I am aware that since its inception, this association has taken pro-active steps which have yielded positive and meaningful results in the transformation of lives of Police Personnel. I sanguinely and earnestly believe that our efforts to improve the livelihood of these families shall continue in the same spirit in future too.
We have indeed a proud history of extending a helping hand to all the members of Police personnel and has always been what a mother is to a child.
It gives me immense pleasure while informing you that we have an agenda for future which inter-alia include providing of quality education to the wards of Police personnel in consonance with modern day requirement and ethical values and sacraments. Police public Schools have been doing a stupendous job in providing quality education and cultural values through its branches in various districts of the state, which shall find place on top of my priorities, further improvement in providing free education to the wards of Martyrs, best possible help to the wives of Martyrs, to make Police welfare centres a nerve centre which will act as a grid wherefrom all welfare measures shall flow for the benefit of families of Police Personnel, holding of Police Public Melas for better relations between public and Police, focus on skill development for the benefit of Police families etc. I assure that J&K Police Wives Welfare Association would continue to pursue activities that are beneficial to the families of Police personnel and the Association. So your suggestions, interactions, to speak up, to ask what you need is extremely important for us to bring reformative changes for the betterment of the families of Police personnel. Suggestions for improvement in our efforts would be always welcomed.
I am sure that together we would usher in a bright future for the families of Police Personnel. I once again extend my best compliments to all the members of J&K Police Wives Welfare Association for their relentless efforts.
